Mr Philip Yeo is the Chairman of Economic Development Innovations Singapore. Previously he served as a Permanent Secretary in the Singapore Ministry of Defence and Executive Chairman of the Economic Development Board, among others. He is known for being a very unconventional civil servant and ‘prefers action over talk, cartoons over words and speed over due process.’ Mr. Yeo is a highly distinguished and decorated civil servant.
