The Customized Leadership Development Program (LDP) is a one-week program designed to equip the current and emerging leaders from the corporate sector with the skills and competencies required to lead in a complex and dynamic environment. It empowers participants to navigate complexity, inspire teams and drive meaningful change within their organization.
