Against the backdrop of the war in Ukraine, Professor Kishore Mahbubani will share his insights on the challenges facing small states in the 21^st century and what needs to be done to ensure their survival in this edition of the RIGSS Friday Forum. The RIGSS Friday Forum is now being held in a virtual (webinar) format and will accommodate up to a thousand participants.

Professor Mahbubani is a Distinguished Fellow at the Asia Research Institute, National University of Singapore. He was a former diplomat and the Founding Dean of the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy. He is a prolific writer and a much sought-after speaker around the world.
