Aznan joined Singapore Polytechnic after 12 years of aviation experience that had him responsible for operations in India, New Zealand, France as well as Indonesia. Coupled with his Canadian education where he completed both his undergraduate and graduate work in Economics on a couple of scholarships, his outlook is rich in diversity and steeped in appreciation of the challenges of international management.

As a graduate from the Business Design program for lecturers at SP, the University of Toronto Rotman Management School Integrative Thinking program in Canada and as a Certified Development Dimensions International Trainer, he has been able to customise and facilitate leadership, quality-driven and innovation management programs in Asia Pacific countries.
