Dr. Douglas O’Loughlin is a Senior Principal Consultant in the Institute for Leadership and Organisation Development (ILOD) in CSC.  His expertise is in the principles and practices of Organisation Development (OD), in areas such as Change Management, Coaching, Facilitation, Leadership, Team Effectiveness, and Large Group Interventions.

He has designed and facilitated a number of OD interventions and Leadership programmes across the Public Service, many of them with senior leadership teams and cross agency teams.
He is part of the team that has led Public Service Transformation over the past four years. He also has facilitated and partnered with OD practitioners across the Public Service, to build capacity across the government in this important area.  In addition, he has written papers on Organisation Development for Leaders and Creating Effective Teams
