His research interest in leadership development has led his research articles to be featured in top peer reviewed academic journals, and has also written several book chapters on the topic of leadership.

Adrian is the owner of Acerpacer Leadership Consulting, whose mission is to help leaders and organizations transform. As Chief Transformation Officer, Adrian strategizes with organizational leaders and then coaches them through their personal transformations. He also works with other change consultants, agents and champions to help organizations transform.
