How can a school principal motivate and implement change? The case follows Jigme Choden as she creates a Laboratory for Technology and Innovation at her high school. Jigme faces some of the classic challenges of public-sector entrepreneurship. She must motivate her teachers and students. She must assemble technical assistance. And she must raise financial resources that go beyond her school’s budget.
