Former Chief Justice of Bhutan, Tshering Wangchuk, graduated from George Washington University, Washington D.C., USA, with a LL.M (International & Comparative Law). He was elevated as one of the Justices of the First Supreme Court of Bhutan on 21st February, 2010 and was appointed as the Chief Justice of Bhutan by His Majesty the King, on 28th November, 2014.
